Bart H. Webster

Bart Webster was born and raised in an agricultural pioneering family in Rexburg in 1949. He has been actively engaged in farming pursuits his entire life. While attending Madison County schools, he worked at two local Main Street businesses,  where he learned to appreciate Rexburg's culture, values, and community.
Webster graduated from Madison High School in 1968, and since that time has worked to foster camaraderie and friendship with those classmates, chairing several class reunions, including the 50th Gala in 2018.

Following graduation, he attended Ricks College and graduated from Brigham Young  University in 1974.
Webster has supported and served in the community, participating in several governing committees, the Rexburg Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and for 20  years on the Board of the Rexburg/Madison County Airport. He was proud to serve on the Centennial Celebration Committee for Madison County in 2013.

Professionally, Webster served in the Potato Growers of Idaho and for six years on the National  Potato Promotion Board. In 2002, he was recognized as Madison County Farmer of the Year by the Chamber of  Commerce.

Bart married Joanne Evans in 1973. They are parents of four children, 14 grandchildren, and one great-grandson. They are happy to have raised their family in this valley and are proud of their BOBCAT roots!
